We’re really trying to get back into the things that we know are successful and have been tried and true and tested,” she explained. It is Ms Laurent’s expectation that this workshop, “will not only ignite just the grade one, two and three, for which we are responsible but it will ignite, education officers, a movement towards a whole school policy where the balanced literacy approach is taught throughout the school”.last_img
