Processes incoming clientele calls. UpdatesUI Extension – Kootenai County-based websites. Preferred Qualifications:- Good knowledge office management, recordkeeping methods,information management practices, computer applications (MS Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Access, web applications,); planning andscheduling techniques.- Familiarity with University of Idaho policies andprocedures.- Ability to: maintain harmonious and efficient workingrelationships; handle a wide range of personalities; operate andmaintain a variety of office machines; establish and maintain anorganized filing system.
