The range ofduties includes, but is not limited to: patient recruitment/interviews, data collection, data entry, organizing collectedinformation; and recordsmanagement.Specific Duties &Responsibilities:Recruitment(10%):Review Dermatology and PediatricAllergy schedules to find potential eligible patients to berecruited. Post study flyers throughoutcampus.Participate in the prescreeningprocess by phone or inclinic.Study Visits(40%):Ensure that research charts areprepared on a timely manner, organized and maintained. Makeappointment reminder calls/emails to the studypatients.Complete feeding plans for baselinevisits withpatients.Communicate vehicle for peanutintroduction withnutrition.Enter and update appointmentinformation in CRMS, PCRU andEPIC.Skin Prick Testing(10%):Administer skin prick testing anddocument in the researchchart.Documentation management(5%):Maintain allergen log with expirationdates and lotnumbers.Maintain peanut administration logsand supportingdocumentation.Submit check requisitions for studyvisits.Update Access patient database withnew information in regards to follow-up calls or any pertinentinformation.Obtain signatures on essentialdocuments for research charts and regulatorybinders.Data Management(35%):Design RedCap instruments for dataentry.Enter visit data for study patients inRedCap on a timelymanner.Other duties asassigned.Minimum Qualifications(mandatory):High SchoolDiploma/GEDTwo (2) years relatedexperience.Additional education may substitutefor required experience, to the extent permitted by the JHUequivalency formula.JHU EquivalencyFormula: 30 undergraduate degree credits(semester hours) or 18 graduate degree credits may substitute forone year of experience.
