Last week, Ohio State senior quarterback Braxton Miller posted a photo on Instagram that was believed by some to possibly be an NCAA violation. Miller, a rep for Authentik Fitness, promoted the nutritional products in the photo and listed his email as a point of contact for potential buyers. Under NCAA bylaws, student-athletes are not allowed to use their likeness to help companies profit.
